  • A Year in Review – 365 Days of Resistance

Indivisible Elk Grove-Laguna is hosting a sequential messaging (Burma-Shave) style event in addition to a regular style protest. We are looking for approximately 20 volunteers to stand on Laguna Boulevard and hold a pre-made sign. The messaging is meant to provide a review of Trump’s first year in office. The sequential messages will reflect the negative impact on Government, we the people, the economy, and our standing around the world. Sign topic examples: Affordability, Medical Premiums, Freedom of Speech, War Crimes.

We have a limited number of spots/signs for the sequential messages, so please email us at indivisible.eglag@gmail.com to request a spot after you register for the event. Otherwise, please bring a friend and whatever signs you have and join us in protest of the Trump Regime!

  • Disappeared in America

Across the country, immigrant communities are under attack — targeted by raids, detention, and dehumanizing policies that tear families apart. These tactics are being weaponized as part of a broader authoritarian crackdown that threatens the rights and freedoms of everyone. Now is the time to come together, to stand shoulder to shoulder, and to say clearly:

We will not stand by as families are disappeared, rights are dismantled, and democracy itself is eroded.

Come protest with us on Saturday, November 22nd from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. We will protest in solidarity to defend our shared values of dignity, freedom, and justice for all. Together, we’ll shine a light on the human toll of detention and demand an end to corporate and government complicity in this cruelty.
